The Managing Director is responsible for effective management of organizational operations and providing strategic leadership and planning. In this role you’ll oversee all ongoing projects and programs, financial and legal functions, digital infrastructure, marketing, fundraising, and the development of new strategic initiatives.
Love For Life is seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead the fundraising program and strengthen the funding portfolio. As the Fundraising Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to expand funding streams from individuals, corporations, foundations, public donors as well as inheritance and legacy donations both in Germany and internationally.
As the ideal candidate you are highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience (at least five years) in fundraising, donor relations management, and project management in a German and international context. This hybrid position is ideally based in Berlin, with the possibility of working remotely, as you will be part of a global team working across different regions (Europe/Latin America).
As the Program and Administrative Coordinator at Love For Life, you’ll be responsible for supporting the local implementation and coordination of our programmatic work aimed at empowering Indigenous and local communities in Latin America. As part of the team based in San Jose, Costa Rica, you’ll support a wide range of administrative tasks, communication with stakeholders and local partners, data management, and program activities in the field.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, culturally sensitive, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for Indigenous rights, environmental regeneration and grassroots community development. In this role, you’ll need a willingness to travel to remote and rural areas, as well as flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
