Transparency is very important to Love For Life e.V., which is why we support the Transparent Civil Society Initiative by Transparency International. We follow the initiative's voluntary commitment. 3. Information on tax concessions

Our work is exempt from corporation tax under Section 5 (1) No. 9 of the German Corporation Tax Act and from trade tax under Section 3 No. 6 of the German Trade Tax Act due to the promotion of development cooperation and the promotion of aid for war victims, war survivors, war invalids and prisoners of war according to the last notice of exemption we received from the Backnang tax office (tax number 51049/48346) dated April 15, 2024.

There are no corporate affiliations with third parties (such as shareholdings, spin-offs, etc.). The organization is autonomous and independent.

10. Names of persons whose annual payments account for more than 10% of the total annual budget

The following institutions each contribute – in the form of project grants – to more than 10% of Love For Life e.V.’s total annual income:
Engagement Global gGmbH / Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) for the promotion of development policy projects of private German organizations in developing countries (Chapter 2302, Title 687 76) and Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology is the Federal Ministry of the Republic of Austria responsible for transport policy, environmental protection, energy, applied research and technology development.
